Insider Suggests Dodgers Will Reportedly Make A Push For Francisco Lindor

The Los Angeles Dodgers are coming of their first Major League Baseball championship in 32 years after defeating the Tampa Bay Rays in six games.

Heading into this offseason, the Dodgers sit in a great spot as champions & Mookie Betts locked up & now, they seem to be going even more aggressive just like years past.

According to @JonHeyman on his podcast, he thinks the Dodgers will still make a push towards Francisco Lindor, but thinks the more likely option is the club bringing back Justin Turner He also added LA wants to lock up Corey Seager and Cody Bellinger long-term

Prior to trading for Mookie Betts this past February, the Dodgers reportedly were engaged in talks with the Indians to acquire Lindor.

The two teams didn’t get far along in discussions as the Indians insisted in getting Gavin Lux. L.A. ultimately wen to Mookie Betts Betts, who has been nothing short of outstanding in his first season with the Dodgers. Lindor is due to become a free agent at the conclusion of the 2021 season. He reportedly is seeking a monster contract extension.
