A prominent Dodgers Executive told me that former Dodgers owner, Peter O'Malley, has two big time investors to buy the Dodgers and the plan would be for O'Malley to run the organization again.

I called Peter O'Malley's office for a comment, but they were unavailable.

Last September, O'Malley told the LA Times: "In my judgment," O'Malley said, "it would be best for the franchise and the city if there was new ownership."
