Dave Pingalore on Magic fans booing Dwight Howard during his return to Orlando: "Dwight Howard tonight was booed but interestingly enough I think it was about 50-50 Lakers fans in the building so there was a lot of diffusion there in the building. It was kind of interesting though because he got booed and then he put his smiley face on. And I think when people see Dwight Howard smile a lot, I think that’s his way of diffusing stressful matters.  But yeah, they booed him. And I think after awhile Magic fans just got sick of booing. They probably realized, ‘we put all of our energy into this and he’s leaving anyway again!’"
