Patrick Beverley Talks About Altercation With Russell Westbrook

Last night, the Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Los Angeles Clippers 128-110 to improve their record to 2-4. This game did not end without a little bit of drama.

During the entire game yesterday, Patrick Beverley and Russell Westbrook basically spent the entire night trolling each other. During the end of the first quarter, Westbrook drove in for the layup and right after running back down the court he did the 'rock-a-bye baby' celebration.

But Patrick Beverley got him right back in the second quarter where he did the same exact 'rock-a-bye baby' celebration to get him back. Right after this, things started to get very chippy for the rest of the game.

Later in the game, Patrick Beverley dove for lose ball that upset Russell Westbrook which had police, players, and coaches coming out on to the court. After the game, this is what Beverley had to say about the near altercation.

Somebody walked to our bench doing all that cappin' stuff. I don't know what that is.

We all know the bad blood between Patrick Beverley and Russell Westbrook dates back all the way to the playoffs number of years ago. When he was on the Rockets, Patrick Beverley dove for a loose ball and ended up tearing Russell Westbrook's meniscus which had him miss the rest of the playoffs.

The bad blood continues between these two.
